I require full payment upfront via VGen (Stripe/Paypal) OR Paypal via invoice.

Payment plans are possible for commissions over $200. Please, tell me if you're interested in a payment plan before an invoice is sent, so we can discuss all details. Payment plans are available only on VGen.

Invoices must be paid within 48 hours. After around 24 hours I will send a reminder. If 48 hours pass without a response, I will reject the commission.

After sending a commission form on VGen (or via Google forms when those are announced), I will check all details and will contact you for further questions if needed. I will also contact you to know when your commission is accepted, and the approximate date the invoice will be sent (usually the beginning/first half of the month).

Once the full payment is received (unless a payment plan was discussed before) I will begin working on the commission.

I will be contacting you 3 times during the commission process: at the sketch stage; at the lineart and flat colors stage; at the final approval stage.

I will only proceed to the next stage after approval.

During the sketch stage, you can request the biggest changes within reason.

During the lineart and flat color stage; shading/final approval stage, you might only request small changes such as adding small details or making color edits.

In case the lineart and flat color stage is done, but you request a big change (eg. characters expression, hairstyle, big parts of the drawing) for an additional fee.

Once the commission is done, you will receive a link to a Google drive folder with full resolution files. It is your responsibility to save the commission file. I occasionally clean my google drive and hard drive failures can happen so there may be a situation where I won't be able to send the file again.

You may ask how your commission is going whenever you'd like.

It can take me a few days before I will be able to start working on the commission, and it may take me longer if there are other people before you in the queue.

I usually finish commissions within 1-2 months. If anything important comes up or a delay, you will be notified.

I do not offer rush commissions. Some commission types (gummy chibis, chibi icons) take me less time to finish. If you need them to be done before a certain date, please let me know and I'll see what I can do.

I may work on personal art between commissions. If you're uncomfortable with this, please do not commission me.

I retain the right to the original artwork.

I retain the right to post the finished piece to social media and promote myself with it unless the commission was negotiated to be kept as private (for an additional fee). This includes but is not limited to: posting the finished piece AND work in progress pictures on Twitter, Tik Tok, Instagram and other sites.

You are not allowed to modify the artwork without my permission (this includes changing colors of the drawing, tracing, taking parts of the commission to use in other drawings).

You are allowed to repost the commission on your social media and personal websites such as carrd or Toyhou.se, as long as visible and written credit is given.

Personal use includes but is not limited to: using the commission as your profile picture, banner, printing the drawing for personal use (including limited copies of items such as stickers, posters, keychains etc.).

Commercial use includes but is not limited to: promotional use for VTubers, branding assets (video thumbnails, stream assets, promotional art to be reposted on social media), merchandise production for sale (keychains, stickers, prints, standees, etc.), using the commission in any way that leads to profiting monetarily (including promotion).

If you plan to use a commission for commercial use, including promotional usage, you must let me know while sending the commission form. Depending on the type of commercial usage described, you will have to pay an additional fee. I differentiate between Digital-only commercial use (no physical merchandise, only promotional and branding assets) and General commercial use (promotional and branding assets, printing and selling products with art I did for you).

Prices for commercial commissions will include a commercial license fee. Digital-only commercial use is +50% of the full commission price. General commercial use fee is calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scale and type of the project.

Copyright of the commissioned artwork always belongs to me. I will not transfer or sell copyright of the artwork.

You may cancel your commission prior to payment. The commission will be cancelled and I won't go forward with the sketch.

Full refund will be given only if I haven't started working on the commission yet.

If a refund is requested after the work has been started, a partial refund will be given based on how much of the work I have completed.

There will be no refunds after the commission is finished.

In case I am unable to finish the commission, I will contact you about a refund or any other kind of compensation.

Payment is accepted via PayPal invoice only.

All sales are final - no refunds.

Payment plans are not available. Invoice needs to be paid in full within 24 hours to receive the adoptable rights + files. If invoice isn't paid, the design will go back up for sale.

Not paying the PayPal invoice without providing a reason/ghosting me will result in you being put in my blacklist. Be sure you are able to pay for the adopt before placing a bid/stating you want to buy it.

Once the invoice is paid, the buyer will receive a full res file of the adopt's design with a transparent background, a version with a simple background and a watermarked version.

Designs bought at the base price are personal use only meaning you are not able to use it for a VTuber design, merch, etc. To use a design for commercial use, the customer must pay double of the base price.

Designs may be reselled, traded and given to other people without the need to notify me.

Owner of the design may change and edit the character however they wish without the need to notify me.

I may use the finished and sold designs to advertise myself and my work online.
